Curtis S. Dow

Curtis has over 30 years of experience specializing in consulting, facilities management, and project management in the building industry throughout the United States and overseas.  Curtis' focus is on process management, including project planning and scheduling, client relations, and ongoing issue resolution.  He works closely with clients to implement and refine cost control and management systems to successfully manage projects.

Curtis has extensive experience in design/construction planning, value engineering, project development/implementation, and consultant coordination.  He also leads all facets of cost management focusing on cost estimating, life cycle costing, claims evaluation, and bid evaluation.  He provides detailed, objective cost reporting that represents the scope, complexity, and quality expected by our clients.

Prior to being a Principal and founding member of Cordjia Capital Projects Group, Curtis was a Vice President within the credit card industry for over a ten year period, with his last assignment as a primary team member in the delivery of development projects for a Fortune 300 company.
