President and CEO
Blaine
brings a practical, client-focused perspective to
architectural, engineering, facility management, and project
management challenges.
Having a strong business acumen, Blaine is a licensed
architect, registered professional engineer, certified project
management professional, and certified facility manager with
more than twenty-four years of progressive consulting,
business, management, and leadership experience.
Blaine has supported and delivered more than five hundred
diverse projects totaling over 4.5 million square feet with a
total development cost of over $1.5 billion in North America,
South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
He is intimately involved in supporting client decision-making
and thrives on technically demanding projects with aggressive
schedules. He is
committed to working with clients to develop and deliver
best-value, sustainable solutions to help clients solve their
business challenges.
He leads all aspects of strategies and solutions in facilities
performance management, planning, design and construction,
space management and utilization, cost control management,
information systems, and program and project management
activities.
Working with other colleagues, he also deploys and monitors
best practices in risk management methodologies, innovative
design management tools, and project control processes.
Along with being a founding member of Cordjia Capital Projects
Group, Blaine is also a founding member of its parent company,
Cordjia, LLC.
Cordjia, LLC is a Delaware- and Maine-based investment firm
that focuses on middle-market investment opportunities in the
early- to mid-stage growth cycle.
Prior to being a founding member of Cordjia Capital Projects
Group, Blaine was President of an architectural and
engineering consulting group over a four year period.
Before this, he was an executive within the credit card
industry for over a ten year period, with his last assignment
as Director of International Design & Development for a
Fortune 300 company.
He was responsible for all facets of real estate
development in parts of North America and overseas.
Blaine currently serves on several advisory bodies, and he is
retired from the Army National Guard following twenty years of
service.
