Blaine Buck, A.I.A., P.E., CFM
President and CEO
Blaine is a licensed architect, registered professional engineer,
certified facility manager and
certified project management professional with 24 years experience in
consulting, facilities management, and program and project management in the
building industry.
Mr. Buck provides strategic analysis and advice, especially for complex
programs and portfolio level activity. He is able to lead all aspects of
advanced strategies and solutions in facilities strategic portfolio performance,
planning, design and construction, security performance, space management and
utilization, cost control management, information systems, and program and
project management activities.
Mr. Buck provides complete evaluation studies on various types of properties
including Department of Defense military theatre of operations facilities and
infrastructure, commercial, industrial, mixed use, office buildings, operations
centers, education centers and resorts. He uses multiple assessments to evaluate
properties and their potential including architectural, engineering, acquisition
due diligence, feasibility analysis, and environmental assessments.
Mr. Buck has delivered projects totaling over 4.5 million square feet with a
total development cost of over $1 billion in the North America, South America,
Europe, Africa and Asia. Working with other colleagues, Mr. Buck deploys and
monitors best practices in risk management methodologies, innovative design
management tools, and project control processes.
Prior to being a founding member of Cordjia Capital Projects Group, Mr. Buck
was President of an A/E consulting group over a four-year period. Before this,
he was an executive within the credit card industry for over a ten-year period
with his last assignment as Director of International Design & Development. Mr.
Buck was responsible for all facets of real estate development in parts of North
America, South America and overseas. Along with being a founding member of Cordjia Capital Projects, Mr. Buck is also a founding member of its parent
company Cordjia, LLC.
Mr. Buck currently serves on several regional and local advisory bodies, and
he is retired from the Army National Guard after twenty years of service.
